This is the health application of the largest hospital and healthcare network in Brazil to help users perform self-health assessments for all types of diagnoses and schedule telemedicine practices for various specialties in many hospitals in the country.All guidance for access to digital health is offered with practicality, security and confidentiality for patients and doctors. Self-assessment and telemedicine are essential resources to offer access to healthcare quickly and conveniently. These are consultations with specialized professionals in the comfort of your home and without waiting.Registering is very simple: just include your personal details. The profile registration screen will ask for a photo of the users face so that identity certification can be carried out and a photo of a document - which could be the National Driving License (CNH) or Identity Card (RG).Each registered user will have access to a page with their health data and services, in addition to being able to link other family members and dependents who do not have a cell phone or device with internet access, such as children, the elderly and sheltered people.When registering and registering the people you want to care for, you can select the preferred hospital for the person who needs special attention and proceed with an easy and quick triage. ‘HA Collaborators’ offers an assessment (screening) dedicated to various diagnoses and uses Artificial Intelligence to make a more assertive recommendation about healthcare and its level of criticality in care, directing you to the most appropriate healthcare professional.This screening may suggest that the user carry out a first virtual consultation with a doctor to assess their condition, which can be immediate - the patient simply needs to join a waiting list - or make an appointment for the next few hours or days , according to the health professional’s schedule availability.When scheduling, the user will be notified by email, SMS and/or telephone informing them that the healthcare professional is waiting for them. We recommend that anyone who has an appointment be in a bright, quiet place, with good internet access and the name(s) of the medication(s) for continuous use on hand.As the doctor is responsible for starting the consultation on the application, we also suggest that the patient is connected 5 minutes in advance. If this does not happen, ‘HA Collaborators’ may call the telephone number provided in the registration form.If there is a need to issue certificates, medical prescriptions or exam requests, ‘HA Colaboradores’ makes these documents available in the application itself and also sends them by email. All of these medical documents are issued with a digital signature from the doctor who carried out the consultation with their registration number with the Regional Council of Medicine (CRM), which helps to avoid forgery and fraud.In the case of prescriptions for controlled medications, the user can print the prescription with the doctors digital signature to go to their preferred pharmacy - or simply show the email with the document received in PDF format.Download the app and take care of your health and that of your family!
